Hello Warrior.

Football manager 2010 out soon. Demo Friday. Specs are all good for my PC so time to dip my toe back into the addictive game that is FM. Time to lead Ross County to football legendom.

Another thing about playing with them, one time I was asked to go any, I didn't have a hope in hell the rest of them spammed O so hard I had no players in position The only time I got near the ball was when I was auto switched to a spammed player tripping over someone sprinting past.

Yeah i can't wait for this....got Championship Manager 2010 (lol, for peanuts pay what you think it's worth )...it's just not the same, not really keen on the whole 3D Match engine, because it's only just a step-up from Sensi Soccer.

FIFA Manager's match engine is great, but the actual Managing stuff doesn't compete to the others, apart from the Build Your Own Stadium and Sponsorships, Merchandise (Marketing etc.).

So yeah i'm looking forward to FM, which is the original CM anyways, haha.

At least One Evening a Week where we play, regardles of DC's or anything like that. Of course we can play more than one night, but i think we should all try and play at least once a week...just as though we were meeting up for a weekly 5-a-side match....only Virtual.

What days (and Time) is everyone available?

Shin - Sunday (nothing ever happens on a Sunday) - 6pm onwards

I dont know I can only tell you a week in advance when the rota goes up to say what date I'm off but I'm on a sane shift all next week so I can play any evening as of press.

I didn't get any psn errors today. Very strange.

FM2010 demo is out now if your interested. Vanilla (UK + Irl leagues only) and Strawberry (A selection of continental leagues along with UK + Irl) versions.

Its very very good in comparison to past FM games. The 3D match engine works well, think fifa 99 type animation (but zoomed out a fair bit). Its basic but rather good tbh, fans and stadia in game.

Its gona suck the life out of me though lol.

Ah so they have gone the 3D Character route too? Hope it's good, if not then you can goto the classic views.

@rex & ranv, that's cool....if i am online and you guys want to play, give me a shout and i will try and make it...i'm really into Uncharted at the minute, well i only got it today but love it, but i will try and have 1 or 2 games.

What I really like is that they have "create a tactic" mode this year and the layout of everything is much more simple than before (without taking away from the intrict details). In other words I actual use all the tactics and watching the 3D match I can actually pinpoint where I am doing badly and try and patch up on the fly.

Sounds awesome....i'll try the demo out, but regardless of how it is i will be getting it anyway, i need it
